flydubai – Coordinator, Airport Services (DXB & DWC) – UAE Nationals Only
flydubai is hiring for the Future Opportunities program, for the role of Coordinator – Airport Services, covering both Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Dubai World Central (DWC). This role is open to UAE Nationals only.
Main Objective of Role To consistently deliver high-quality service to flydubai passengers in check-in, boarding, special services, transfer, and arrivals, ensuring smooth and efficient passenger processing throughout all stages and providing assistance in overseeing ground handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the economy product on a rotating basis, at Check-In, Departures, Transfer Desk, or Arrivals.
- Set up the check-in area and ensure correct allocation of desks, manpower, and other resources for economy passengers.
- Monitor passenger flow and queue times, providing assistance and adjusting desk allocation as required.
- Ensure proper enforcement of flight opening/closure times, baggage policies, credit checks, and documentation requirements.
- Provide assistance and information to passengers and relevant stakeholders as necessary.
- Ensure the timely commencement and close-out of the boarding process to maintain on-time performance.
- Assist passengers through security, immigration, and transfer areas, offering assistance with baggage and flight connections as required.
- Ensure safe and secure passenger embarkation and disembarkation processes, and monitor turn-round handling and baggage handling activities within company/regulatory safety and security guidelines.
- Assist passenger arrivals and baggage reclaim process, offering assistance as necessary.
- Liaise with all stakeholders and assist passengers in case of delays or disruption.
- Implement company policies, processes, and procedures.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: AED 12,000
- Child Allowance: AED 500
- Shift Pattern: Variable (4-On 4-Off / 5-On 2-Off)
Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Fluent in English (other languages an advantage).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in airline operations is desirable; 2–4 years overall experience.
