1. UAE National Fire Service Programme
- Department: Service & Operations
- Location: Dubai International (DXB)
- Eligibility: UAE Nationals only
A unique career development initiative for Emirati nationals who want to build a respected, long-term career in airport fire safety. The programme begins with a 9-week English Language Training course, followed by a 9-week Basic Firefighter Training programme, preparing participants to become qualified Airport Firefighters with ongoing career development beyond that.
2. Head – Transformation
- Department: Strategy & Development
- Location: Dubai International (DXB)
What You’ll Deliver
- Lead and deliver strategic transformation initiatives across Dubai Airports, translating enterprise priorities into integrated programmes that improve business performance, operating models, and organisational capability
- Define and manage end-to-end transformation delivery plans, coordinating business, digital, data, operational, and change activities while managing dependencies, risks, and outcomes across multiple workstreams
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape solutions, build alignment, and drive governance, providing executive reporting and recommendations to support critical decision-making
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, roles, ways of working, technology utilisation, and data-driven decision making
- Embed change, readiness, and adoption approaches throughout delivery
- Track transformation outcomes and benefits realisation, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable value
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Strategy, Business, or a related discipline
- At least 5–7 years of relevant experience in Change Management or Transformation
- Strong experience in strategy, change management, project management, process optimisation, and digital transformation
- Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Certified Change Practitioner (Adkar/Prosci), and/or project management qualifications (Prince2, PMI, or PMP)
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and engaging senior stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
3. Manager – Risk Management
- Department: Corporate Services (Enterprise Assurance)
- Location: Dubai International (DXB)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate operational and tactical risk registers for Dubai Airports
- Lead risk assessments to ensure key business processes are covered and critical deficiencies are identified
- Prepare feasibility studies, risk reports, management information packs, and GRC-related reports
- Coordinate the sharing of risk information across the organisation and with relevant stakeholders
- Support proactive risk management and the development of an effective controls environment
- Implement and conduct cost-of-risk analysis in coordination with relevant teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Understanding of airport operations, including airside and terminal operations
- Strong skills in data collection, statistical analysis, and data presentation
- Relevant training or courses in enterprise risk management are advantageous
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and complex business environment
