Emirates, a global airline recognised for delivering exceptional customer experiences, is hiring a customer-focused and commercially driven professional to join its team in Karachi, Pakistan, as a Senior Customer Sales & Services Agent – Retail.

Job Purpose

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a world-class airline and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting Emirates’ commercial objectives in Pakistan. In this role, you will provide a high standard of customer service, assist customers with their travel plans, issue and amend tickets, and actively promote Emirates fares, products, and services. You will identify customer needs, create sales opportunities, and support revenue growth while ensuring all interactions meet the required quality and service standards. You will also assist travel agents with bookings, special arrangements, fares, and ticketing formalities, and handle more complex queries and special service requirements.

As a team member, you will support the Customer Sales & Services Team Leader, act as a point of reference for complex bookings and challenging customer interactions, and provide guidance and support to other team members. Within the retail office, you will also support daily sales closing and banking, maintain required documentation and promotional material, and contribute to smooth and efficient retail operations.

Qualification

• At least GCSE or A Level education, or equivalent
• Relevant experience in a contact centre, reservations office, airline, or travel industry environment
• Strong knowledge of fares and ticketing, reservations systems, Skywards, and travel industry procedures
• Good communication, customer service, and PC skills
• Fluency in additional languages is an advantage
