• Position: Customer Service Representative
• Location: G-10/3, Sheraz Market, Islamabad
• Job Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Coordinate and confirm VIP meet & greet bookings and protocol arrangements
• Provide accurate, timely, and courteous information to clients
• Handle client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and service requests
• Liaise with operations and airport/protocol teams for smooth service delivery
• Uphold the highest standards of etiquette and customer care at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) — required
• Fluent, professional English — spoken and written
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Pleasant, polished, customer-first demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office, email, and booking systems
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
