Saudia Flight Attendant – Saudi Arabia

Saudia, the national flag carrier of Saudi Arabia, is hiring Flight Attendants to join its Cabin Crew team. The role centers on conducting cabin crew services and guaranteeing a pleasant flight experience by delivering in-flight cabin services — food, beverages, care, and in-flight products — in line with set policies, procedures, and standards.

Accountabilities

• Ensure the safety of the flight in accordance with established safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure service needs are available in good condition in accordance with established security and service policies and procedures.
• Provide necessary in-flight services to passengers in accordance with established service and safety policies and procedures, enhancing Saudia’s image for good service.

Education

• Minimum educational degree: High School.
• Minimum accepted overall grade: Good.

Required English Level

• Standardized Test for English Proficiency (STEP) by QIYAS with a minimum score of 72.
• The test issuance date must not exceed three years from the application date.
• No other English tests are accepted.
• The STEP test is mandatory for all candidates, including graduates from outside the Kingdom.
• Applicants who haven’t yet taken the STEP test may complete their application first and update the score later, provided the requisition is still posted.

Job Requirements

• Minimum arm’s reach of 212 cm on tiptoes.
• Height and weight must meet Saudia’s standard chart.
• Must pass the screening assessment as per Saudia’s standards.
• Pleasant overall appearance.
